Garden construction price and exterior design is determined individually based on the scope and complexity of the project.
Design of orchard arrangements – plan layout of the area with a list of areas.
Quotation based on the area plan of the planned garden.
Finalisation of landscaping prior to turf laying.

Plan design of the optimal spatial arrangement and functional use of the area, design of paved areas, design of green areas – planting plan, delineation plan, design of irrigation system and lighting.
The price of the garden design study is from 1,80 € / m2 without VAT depending on the complexity of the project.
The quotation will be prepared on the basis of the proposed elements of the design documentation.
In case of interest, we will prepare 3D visualizations for you from 1,50 € / m2 without VAT.
Implementation of paved areas (terrace, walkways, paving slabs, etc.).
Implementation of lawn irrigation system.
Lighting of exterior (garden, small building elements, or facade of the house).

Landscaping Design – The landscaping design study includes all elements of the landscaping with an emphasis on design, aesthetics, connection to the interior of the home, and uniqueness of the space.
Space planning for residential gardens and home wellness centers (pools, hot tubs, outdoor showers).
Price quotation based on the bill of quantities, proposed elements and chosen materials.
Complete realization of the exteirer.
Fitting of the pool / whirlpool / sauna with completion.
Implementation of irrigation system and lighting.
Professional realization of garden landscaping.
Detailed workmanship of all elements with emphasis on quality of realization and design.

Crushing and loosening of the soil with a reverse cutter at a depth of 10 – 14 cm.
Machine and manual sorting of larger and smaller stones.
Perforated subsoil rolling.
Land levelling, raking and clearing of unwanted objects, terrain modelling.
Incorporation of sand or zeolite into the soil and grass substrate to improve the quality of the soil if required.
Sowing of grass and application of fertiliser (the cost of the material is not included in the package price, it depends on the grass seed and fertiliser used, which you can provide yourself or we will provide).

Note – The basic package does not include, transport of equipment, land levelling, clearance of unwanted items or ground modelling. It is only the milling of the terrain with a reverse milling machine and the customer does the final landscaping on their own.

The price includes the irrigation project in PDF, the bill of materials, the quotation and the technical report.
If you want to connect the irrigation to a well or retention tank, the designer will also design the pumping technology.

To this price you need to add the pumping technology in the amount of approx. 500 – 1000 €.T he price of irrigation material and installation also depends on the size of the area, but mainly on the terrain, the type of connection, etc., so the prices below are indicative only and we can send you a precise quote after the irrigation project is developed.
Note – The work quoted includes both materials and labour.
