Garden construction price and exterior design is determined individually based on the scope and complexity of the project.
Design of orchard arrangements – plan layout of the area with a list of areas.
Quotation based on the area plan of the planned garden.
Finalisation of landscaping prior to turf laying.
Lawn establishment.
Planting of insulating greenery – on request.
Plan design of the optimal spatial arrangement and functional use of the area, design of paved areas, design of green areas – planting plan, delineation plan, design of irrigation system and lighting.
The price of the garden design study is from 1,80 € / m2 without VAT depending on the complexity of the project.
The quotation will be prepared on the basis of the proposed elements of the design documentation.
In case of interest, we will prepare 3D visualizations for you from 1,50 € / m2 without VAT.
Implementation of paved areas (terrace, walkways, paving slabs, etc.).
Implementation of lawn irrigation system.
Lighting of exterior (garden, small building elements, or facade of the house).

Landscaping Design – The landscaping design study includes all elements of the landscaping with an emphasis on design, aesthetics, connection to the interior of the home, and uniqueness of the space.
Space planning for residential gardens and home wellness centers (pools, hot tubs, outdoor showers).
Price quotation based on the bill of quantities, proposed elements and chosen materials.
Complete realization of the exteirer.
Fitting of the pool / whirlpool / sauna with completion.
Implementation of irrigation system and lighting.
Professional realization of garden landscaping.
Detailed workmanship of all elements with emphasis on quality of realization and design.
Site preparation – soil loosening with a rotary tiller, levelling, cleaning and shaping as needed by rolling to compact the substrate.
Soil improvement – option to incorporate sand or zeolite for better structure.
Sowing – spreading grass seed and applying fertilizer (material supplied by the customer or provided by us).
Completion – final rolling for a perfect surface.
Note: The price applies to areas of 100 m² or more. For smaller projects, we determine the price individually according to the scope and complexity of the work.
Site preparation – levelling, cleaning and shaping as needed.
Soil loosening – using a rotary tiller.
Stone removal – mechanically and manually, including smaller debris.
Substrate reinforcement – perforated rolling.
Terrain modification – levelling, cleaning and modelling if necessary.
Carpet lawn – delivery and complete turnkey installation.
Note: The price applies to areas of 100 m² or more. Smaller projects will be priced individually according to their scope and complexity. Transport is not included in the price.
Soil loosening – treatment with a reverse tiller.
Removal of stones and debris – mechanically and manually, including small pieces.
Substrate reinforcement – perforated rolling.
Terrain treatment – levelling and modelling as needed.
Final rolling – finishing and compacting the prepared surface.

The final price depends on the size of the area, the terrain, the connection method, and other factors. We will prepare an accurate price quote based on the project design.
